    At enCircle, we are guided by our vision that our communities are places of abundant opportunity for all people. Grounded in our belief in the value of each person, we support children, adults and families with complex needs so they can belong and thrive. These principles form the foundation of our organization. They represent the best of what we aspire to in leadership, service delivery, policy, procedures, planning, work, and life.
